4. Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus

Rekisterissä ylläpidetään Valokuvaajan asiakkaiden yhteystietoja yhteydenpitoa, markkinointia ja laskutusta varten sekä yrityksen hallinnoinnin ja liiketoiminnan kannalta tarpeellisia tietoja.

5. Rekisterin tietosisältö

Asiakastieto kustakin asiakkaasta sähköisissä palveluissa (kts. Kohta 7):

• Nimi, Osoite, Matkapuhelinnumero, Sähköpostiosoite sekä mahdolliset valokuvat

Lisäksi verkkosivuston käyttäjistä:

• Teknisesti kerätty henkilötieto

• Teknisesti kerättyä tietoa verkkosivuston käytöstä voivat olla IP-osoite ja sijaintimaa tai -kaupunki, verkkopalvelujen käyttö ja ajankohta, käytetyn laitteen tiedot, käyttöjärjestelmän tyyppi ja ohjelmistoversiot, selaimen tyyppi ja kieliasetukset sekä ulkoiset sivustot, joista käyttäjä on saapunut tai joihin käyttäjä siirtyy rekisterinpitäjän verkkopalvelusta.

• Rekisterinpitäjä voi verkkosivustollaan kerätä palveluiden käytöstä tietoa evästeillä (Cookies)

6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Rekisteriin talletettavat tiedot saadaan rekisteröidyltä itseltään, teknisesti rekisteröidyn verkko- ja sähköisten palvelujen käytöstä, kolmansien tahojen tarjoamista analyysipalveluista kuten Google Analytics, julkisista tietolähteistä tai julkisten yhteystietojen palveluntarjoajilta.

7. Tietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset ja tietojen siirto

Henkilötietoja ei säännönmukaisesti luovuteta ulkopuoliselle. Luovuttaminen on kuitenkin mahdollista yrityksen toimintaan perusteltaviin käyttötarkoituksiin.

Henkilötietoja ei luovuteta EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle.

9. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet

Manuaalinen aineisto
Manuaalinen aineisto säilytetään lukitussa tilassa ja hävitetään, kun sille ei ole enää lainvoimaista tarvetta.

Sähköinen aineisto
Rekisteri on asianmukaisesti suojattuna rekisterinpitäjän tiloissa tai asianmukaisesti suojatulla palvelimella ja palvelussa. Henkilötietojen käsittelyyn on oikeus niillä rekisterinpitäjän henkilökuntaan kuuluvilla henkilöillä, jotka tarvitsevat tietoja työtehtäviensä suorittamiseen. Rekisteritiedot on suojattu organisaation ulkopuolisilta teknisillä ratkaisuilla ja sovelluksilla. Rekisterinpitäjä ilmoittaa mahdollisista tietoturvaloukkauksista suoraan viranomaisille tai käyttäjälle soveltuvan lainsäädännön mukaisesti.

10. Tarkastusoikeus

Tiedot voi tarkistaa ottamalla ensisijaisesti yhteyttä Yhteyshenkilöön. Kuvatilaus.fi-palvelussa henkilö voi itse tarkistaa hänestä säilötyt tiedot kirjautumalla palveluun.

11. Oikeus vaatia tietojen korjaamista

Kts. edellinen kohta. Suomen kirjanpitolain vaatimaa tietoa (Kirjanpidon perusteena olevat tositteet) tulee säilöä 6 vuotta.

12. Muut henkilötietojen käsittelyyn liittyvät oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus peruuttaa henkilötietojen käsittelyyn antamansa suostumus.

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus kieltää tietojensa käyttäminen suoramainontaan, etämyyntiä ja muuta suoramarkkinointia varten.

Rekisteröidyn pyyntö, suostumuksen peruutus ja kielto osoitetaan rekisterinpitäjän yhteyshenkilölle sähköisesti. Jos henkilöllä on käyttäjätunnus palveluun (Kuvatilaus.fi), hän voi lisätä tai poistaa kiellon itse.

Tietoja säilytetään toistaiseksi. Rekisterinpitäjä säilyttää muita rekisteröityjä henkilötietoja kulloinkin voimassaolevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti ja vain niin kauan, kuin niiden säilyttäminen on tarpeen tässä tietosuojaselosteessa kuvattujen tarkoitusten toteuttamiseksi. Tietoja voidaan säilyttää kirjanpito-, tai muusta pakottavasta lainsäädännöstä johtuen kyseisen lain säännösten mukaisesti myös asiakassuhteen tai muun henkilötietojen käsittelyperusteen päättymisen jälkeen. Verkkosivustolla vieraileva voi tyhjentää tai estää evästeet ja muun seurannan selaimen tai laitteen asetuksista, mutta tämä voi heikentää käyttäjäkokemusta tai aiheuttaa toimintahäiriöitä verkkosivuston käytössä. Evästeiden tyhjentäminen ei lopeta kokonaan tiedon keruuta.
